TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment

  • Payment must be paid in full at time of order. Orders are not accepted nor actioned until payment is received.

Delivery

  • Cues are made to order and, whilst every effort is made to do this as quickly as possible, there are no guarantees on estimated delivery times. Regardless of any possible delays, your order will be honoured and delivered.

Courier/Post Delays

  • Delivery dates are given in good faith, but responsibility cannot be accepted for any delays incurred by the carriers.

International Orders

  • Any import duties in the country of destination are the buyer’s responsibility.

Goods lost or damaged

  • If goods fail to arrive within the specified time, it must be reported immediately by email so that necessary steps can be taken to trace the consignment.
  • When goods arrive they must be inspected carefully and damaged/faulty, or missing goods, reported by email immediately. No responsibility can be accepted thereafter.
  • In case of damage, all outer packaging must be kept until inspection can be carried out and the buyer must comply with all insurance claim procedures.
  • In all cases, insurance cover is strictly limited to whatever conditions apply by the postal service used.

Description of Goods

  • All goods are clearly described and will match the description/specifications as accurately as possible.
  • Wood colour is naturally variable and cannot be guaranteed to be one thing or another. Pictures on website/shop are indications only and any variations will be natural occurring, therefore 100% correct.
  • It must be noted that all cues are shaped and finished by hand, plus wood is a natural product subject to expansion/contraction due to climate/atmospheric changes, so all specification sizes are subject to a small tolerance of approximately +/- 10%.

Refunds & Returns

  • You are entering into a contract to purchase goods that are made to order and customised/personalised to your specification. Therefore, you cannot cancel your order once it has been started and you cannot request a refund because you have changed your mind or you want quicker delivery (see above). However, if we are unable to complete your order, for any reason by our unilateral decision, you will be refunded in full.
  • In the event of a mutually acceptable cancellation or return of order, a partial refund will be offered comprising the full order cost minus 30% fee to cover, but not restricted to, time spent, material waste, restocking, and/or miscellaneous expenses incurred. In addition, our original post/courier cost will be deducted from the refund total if the item had been delivered and is being returned by the customer.
  • These terms apply only if the item/s are returned in the original packaging and are unused and unmarked in any way. If the item/s are marked or damaged, regardless of how large or small, the return/refund will not be accepted and the item/s will be sent back to the customer, who must first pay the additional courier costs for the item/s to be returned to them.
  • Customers must return item/s at their own risk and expense within 48hrs of a return being accepted. Any delays will void the terms of the return.
  • Please be sure to understand that personalised goods are not subject to standard distance selling rights, therefore you cannot cancel/change/refund your order unless by express prior agreement with the vendor as per these conditions.

Dispute

  • Goods are supplied and orders accepted subject to English Law and English Court jurisdiction.
